Clark B. Parker CPA has been practicing accounting for the past 33 years. He graduated from Coastal Carolina in 1977 and served as a member and chairman of the Board of Trustees at Coastal Carolina University for two years. He is an active member of the Gideon’s International, currently serving as the Regional Field Officer with assignments to Albania and Kosovo. Mr. Parker, currently serving as Treasurer, was one of the original founders of the Friendship Medical Clinic. Clark has also been a very active member of the South Carolina Tax Council, where he served as past President, and is currently serving as the Program Director for CPE (Continuing Professional Education) for the state of South Carolina. During the critical time that Coastal Carolina withdrew from the University of South Carolina, Clark served as chairman of The Horry County Higher Education that led the movement to succeed. A resident of Socastee, Mr. Parker and his wife Marcia are active members in their community and in their church, First Baptist of Myrtle Beach. They have three sons, Bradley, Curtis, & Stephen.
Samantha J. Skipper CPA, has been with the firm since 1989, and has two children and one grandchild. Though living in St Augustine, Florida her heart is in Horry County and the clients that she serves by way of virtual office. A graduate of Loris High School and Coastal Carolina University she joined the firm just 25 days after graduation! She is a past recipient of the Cameo Award from Family Support Services for balancing both motherhood and career, she has been an active member of the South Carolina Tax Council since 1993. Samantha was awarded VIP of the year in December, 1995 during our 15 year anniversary celebration, and became a partner with the firm after the 2011 tax season.
Donald L. Hunter CPA, a 1968 graduate of the University of South Carolina, comes into this merger with 43 years of accounting experience. Prior to the merger, Mr. Hunter owned and operated Donald L. Hunter CPA Professional Association, assisting small businesses and individuals. Don is an active member of the American Institute of CPA’s, S.C. Association of CPA’s, Grand Strand Chapter of SCACPA, and the South Carolina Tax Council. He is a former member of the SC Board of Accountancy to which he was appointed by Governor Campbell and served for 5 years. Mr. Hunter also served as the 1990 President of SCACPA, past officer for the Pee Dee Chapter of SCACPA, an AICPA Council member representing South Carolina, and represented S.C. Board of Accountancy at meetings of the National Association of the State Boards of Accountancy. Resident of the city of Conway, where he lives with his wife Ann and is an active member of Greenwood Baptist Church.

Dee has served as Staff Accountant since February of 2016 and is a Quick Books ProAdvisor, providing support to our clients who use Quick Books.
Roxsena Charise CPA
Roxsena has been associated with the firm for over 12 years, and largely works remotely from Greenville, SC. She primarily deals with our estate and not for profit clients.
